About the Author
SUNDAY TOLLEFSON is an author, professional keynote speaker, coach, and leading authority on Panhellenic sorority recruitment prep for prospective members. She is the author of RUSH RIGHT: Reveal Your Best YOU During Sorority Recruitment. Having been a sorority member and alumna advisor, Ms. Tollefson was inspired to write the book after noticing an absence of education and advice for young women who were considering joining sororities. She knew that providing quality advice and information could dramatically improve their experiences during and results from sorority recruitment. After her college years, Tollefson served in advisory positions within her Panhellenic sorority and individual contributor roles within Fortune 500 companies including GE, Intel, and Morgan Stanley. Similar to sororities, those companies excelled in both training their employees and recruiting the best talent from the marketplace. Ms. Tollefson brings together the pertinent information and lessons from all these organizations with the SureSister PETAL System™. Ms. Tollefson holds a bachelors degree in business management from the University of Washington. She lives in Tacoma, Washington with her young son and old dog.

Wish I had this during recruitment!!

This is a great book! The tips and advice in Rush Right would have helped me out so much during recruitment. Even now preparing for jobs, I find myself referring to Rush Right in how to put my best foot forward in interviews! This is a great book and ALL potential new members should consider reading it and practicing for recruitment!

I bought this book for my daughter as a graduation gift. I ended up reading it my self and loved it. I was able to utilize the advise to prepare myself for job interviews. I recommend this book for everyone who is preparing for school interviews, recruitment, and job interviews.

Recommend for all young college bound women!

Wonderful book full of helpful information and tips! Not only is it applicable for young women interested in joining sororities, but many of the tips can be used for any professional endeavor. Tips on how to present one’s self best, listening skills, preparation and more; all important life skills that will benefit young women whether they join a sorority or not. For those sorority bound the information on the process and how to be a proactive candidate and put your best self forward in invaluable. The author clearly knows what she is talking about, and the writing is smart and friendly. I recommend this book to any young women thinking of college, as well as their parents!
